Wow! Daniel's parents came to visit and brought an amazing copy of Manet's Bar at the Follies Bergere. Daniel's mom painted it herself, and she says it only took a few weeks!

The painting is absolutely beautiful - I can see why it's been Daniel's favorite for a long time. His mother joked that the bar matches the top of our fridge, and she's right:

Just to clarify: the reason we have so many bottles of alcohol is that we don't drink enough to finish them, and the beer fridge is actually full of apple juice at the moment. Thank you.
